I am the Executive Director responsible for organizing the activities of the Early Childhood Learning Agency within the Ministry of Education. James Gorman, Deputy Minister is the project sponsor, along with Paige MacFarlane, ADM. The work of the Agency is jointly directed by leadership from both Ministry of Education and Ministry of Children and Family Development with the assistance and advice from many partners and stakeholders, including researchers from UBC and UVic, parent advocacy organizations, etc.

BC organizations have been invited to submit responses to a consultation paper online at www.bced.gov.bc.ca/ecla/ (broken link)
