April 5, 2011: HELP’s Paul Kershaw suggests funding daycare by cutting back grandparents’ medical care such as hip replacements. UBC alone paid Kershaw (2008) $97,321 + $10,009 in expenses. (How about cutting such “scholars’” salaries and distributing the saving to families?) We need a Canada that works for all generations.
