September 15, 2015. BC Supreme Court – court judgment: BC Supreme Court Decision B.R. v. K.K. – (the ‘Home Alone’ Terrace BC Case) The mother ‘BR’ did not appeal due to costs and time constraints.

November 14, 2019 – BC Supreme Court – court judgment: Crook v. British Columbia (Director of Child, Family and Community Service) – the ‘bus dad’ case which was a result of the ‘home alone’ precedent. This decision will be appealed.
