2021 April – audio recording – KF interview of parents of BC child with Downs Syndrome regarding MCFD & RCMP intervention.
Helen Ward interviews the parents to ask questions about how the family was treated when a child protection received a report they wanted to assess. Their rights were violated throughout the process. The police either lied about seeing a photo of the child’s unclothed body or a photo was taken without a warrant/order by MCFD or Vancouver School Board personnel.
