This documentary exposes child sexual abuse in daycare centres in Australia and the lack of adequate regulations and enforcement by government. Babies and children in daycare are extremely vulnerable. Parents trust their children to individuals they do not really know. Police checks are inadequate to screen out pedophiles. Government hearings are not stopping the problem.
