| Helen Ward: The Agency itself is a temporary office located within the Ministry of Education made up of staff from the two ministries, as I described below, and led by the Ministry of Education It is a cooperative venture between the two ministries: Education (MEd) and Children and Family Development (MCFD). The Steering Committee is made up of James Gorman, DM for MEd, Paige MacFarlane, ADM for MEd, myself, and Marilyn Hedland, ADM for MCFD. Many other staff in both ministries are contributing to the work but are not staff in the agency office. We are gathering the advice and views of a range of stakeholders as well as doing feasibility analysis.
