NOTE from Helen Ward: I never use the term “stay at home” because it is meaningless and inaccurate as I said to this to the reporter. I spoke to him about how subsidizing daycare spaces is a subsidy to employers – corporate welfare, and about the low quality research, etc. Glad to be included at all but we are still waiting for balanced and accurate coverage of this issue.
